Greek Composers Write for the Guitar: An Evening of Music for Solo Guitar
Guitarists Vassilis Kanellopoulos and Haris Kampilis will perform works for solo guitar written by contemporary Greek composers. The concert is an initiative of Mr. Thodoros Antoniou, President of the Greek Composers' Union and Director of the Hellenic American University Bachelor of Music program, who invited the two guitarists and 1st and 2nd prize winners, respectively, of the recent 4th Guitar Festival of Paleo Faliro.
The event is organized by the Bachelor of Music program of Hellenic American College in cooperation with Hellenic American University (Manchester, NH, USA) and the Greek Composers' Union. It will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 20:30 at the Auditorium of Hellenic American Union.
