Examination Levels
The Centre for the Greek Language (CGL) is bound to organize for the first time the examinations for six levels of attainment in Greek, Α1 (A1 for children 8-12 years oldand Α1 for adolescents and adults), Α2, Β1, Β2, Γ1 and Γ2 in May 2011.
The equivalency among the old levels of CGL, the new levels of CGL and the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for the Languages (CEFR) is as follows:
