The exams administered by the Hellenic American Union are scored by the test developers under strict quality control conditions. These measures ensure the accuracy and validity of the results.
However, you can arrange to have your exam rescored, if you wish, for a fee and within the timeframe set by the test developer. To do so, fill out the rescoring request form which we will send to the examination body. You will receive the result of the rescoring by email approximately ten (10) business days after your request is submitted.
Please note the following:
- You must submit the rescoring request form within one (1) month from the test date. We cannot accept rescoring requests beyond this date.
- Rescoring requests can be submitted only for the Speaking and Writing sections. Requests for Listening and Reading are not accepted.
- If you wish to request rescoring for both sections (Speaking and Writing), you must do so within the same request form and not at separate times.
- The scores given after rescoring are final and cannot be changed.
- If the scores after rescoring are higher than the initial ones, resulting in your passing the exam and receiving a certificate, rescore fees are refunded and a new certificate is issued.
- To submit your rescoring request form, please include your 16-digit Candidate ID/Registration Number, which can be found in your ETS Global account.
