The Hellenic American Union, a partner in the European CLAIM project consortium, is offering three HR executives from small and medium-sized enterprises the opportunity to receive free training and use an AI platform as part of the project's pilot implementation. The application form also serves as a declaration of commitment by the company to complete the program, in accordance with the schedule below. Applications must be submitted by September 25.
The CLAIM project is a two-year transnational initiative funded by the European Commission. The CLAIM model has AI-based mechanisms to support human resource functions related to recruitment, motivation, training, and retention of SME human capital.
The pilot implementation of the project will take place in three phases:
Phase A. September 30-October 31: online training for HR managers: includes 4 modules and 2 realistic interactive scenarios for applying new skills related to the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on industry, marketing, sales and internationalization, the use of artificial intelligence in HR functions and sustainable corporate prosperity. It also includes explanatory videos on the European frameworks DigiComp, EntreComp, GreenComp, the European classification system for skills, competences, qualifications, and occupations (ESCO), the use of the TaiLENT platform, and reverse mentoring methods. One of these must be implemented as part of the pilot.
Phase B. November 1-15: Access to the interactive HR guide with useful information on the strategic role of human resources and practical tools for recruiting, integrating, training, and activating managers for better team management. Familiarization with the TaiLENT platform and its tools for skills assessment and development.
Phase C. November 15-December 10: Use of TaiLENT in real-life situations. The company will select 3-5 people to assess their digital, green, and business skills, as well as soft skills such as: Negotiation, Communication, Collaboration, Time Management, Project Management, and Goal Orientation. The platform identifies skill gaps and provides personalized learning recommendations.
