On the occasion of March 25th, Greek Independence Day, the Hellenic American Union and the "Treasure of the Greek Language" Institute honor an important Greek scholar of the 19th century, Sophocles Evangelinos Apostolides, and present in digital form Sophocles’s complete works…
Eminent speakers talk about the distinguished professor Sophocles E.A., who taught Ancient, Medieval, and Modern Greek Language and Philology in the U.S.A, mainly at Harvard University, from 1842 until his death in 1883.
