One of the most significant comic exhibitions ever presented to a European public on the history of American comics, in cooperation with the Ohio State University Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum...

Well-known comic heroes –from Mickey Mouse, Dick Tracy and Prince Valiant, to Conan, Spider-Man and Swamp Thing- come alive through 31 original works exhibited at the Hadjikyriakos-Ghikas Gallery of the Hellenic American Union as part of the Comicdom Con Athens 2010 comics festival. The exhibition features works by famous comic artists such as Neal Adams, Carl Barks, Milton Caniff, Howard Chaykin, Winsor McCay, Todd McFarlane, Roy Thomas, Art Spiegelman, Walt Kelly and many others.

The exhibition opens on the 16th of April 2010 -the first day of the Comicdom Con Athens 2010- and will remain open for the public until May 15, 2010.
