“A dot is only… the beginning”; this is exactly what we discovered together with Perry, the hero of the play by the theatre group Oneirodrama.
The story follows Perry, a child who sometimes doubts himself and feels ready to give up when things get difficult. With the help of his cuddly friend Pook and the encouragement of his teacher, Perry slowly discovers that even the smallest step can lead to something truly special.
Together with Perry, we learned an important lesson about believing in ourselves. We held on tight, lifted our feet, and even when we stumbled a little, we kept trying. Because sometimes all it takes is a little courage to keep going.
In the end, Perry discovered that with a few colors and some blank sheets of paper, he could turn the empty walls of his school into a beautiful art exhibition.
Inspired by his journey, our Kinder students became little artists themselves! They shared colours, added to each other’s drawings, and let their imaginations flow. The result? A wonderful collaborative artwork that will soon be part of our own exhibition.
So next time you think “I can’t do it…” just make a mark and see where it takes you.
