Our HAU Summer School gives you a springboard for the summer of a lifetime! From exploring historical sights to developing language skills through cultural immersion, it offers an unforgettable experience!

Language learning. Cultural immersion. Lasting memories.

Where?

The HAU Summer School takes place in the heart of Athens, near some of the most celebrated archaeological sites. The Modern Greek or English language classes take place at the Hellenic American Union premises in Kolonaki. Language development is enhanced by this rich cultural setting, as well as by trips around Athens and historical destinations.

When?

The HAU Summer School is offered from June to July upon request. Duration varies depending on students’ availability (one to two weeks) and on the request made to the academic team, as each program is tailor-made for the particular group of students.

Every day is full of learning and new adventures. Language classes focus on the development of communicative competence in either Modern Greek or in English. Life beyond the classroom is busy and social – students enjoy a variety of activities out and about the city – and beyond. Regular excursions give students the chance to explore the rich culture and history of Greece.
