As part of the parallel events of the exhibition “A Fairy Tale for Alki Zei”, friends and collaborators of Alki Zei speak about the author and share with the public known and lesser-known aspects of her life

The exhibition curators, Iris Kritikou and Nikos Vatopoulos, discuss the beloved author for both children and adults with:

Vangelis Iliopoulos, writer – educator
Kleio Makri, visual artist
Yannis Metzikof, set designer
Mariza Dekastro, author – children’s book critic
Christina Ntounia, Emeritus Professor of Modern Greek Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
Marietta Pepelasi, psychologist – author

The exhibition “A Fairy Tale for Alki” is held at the galleries of the Hellenic American Union, as part of the Alki Zei Literary Year, and will run until November 4. With the participation of 54 artists, and featuring archival and photographic material as well as original objects, it offers both a historical and a psychological insight into the rich world of the great author.

Before the event, at 18:00, the curators will welcome the public at the exhibition and give a guided tour.
