Guided by Nikos Vatopoulos, we will this time wander through Plaka, discovering traces of the past, the stories of the city, and all that connects us to its history
This new walk is part of the series of Athenian city walks organized by the Hellenic American Union, aiming to explore different aspects of the center of Athens. Our meeting point will be the Museum of Greek Children’s Art, and the route will lead us through the narrow streets of Plaka — one of the most historic and vibrant neighborhoods of the city.
As always, Nikos Vatopoulos will shed light on facets of the urban landscape and share stories that link Athens of the past with the contemporary city.
