Led by Nikos Vatopoulos, we once again explore Thiseio, discovering traces of the past, the city’s narratives, and what connects us to its history
This new walk is part of a series of Athenian routes organized by the Hellenic American Union, aiming to introduce us to different aspects of the city center. Thiseio, one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods of Athens, is ideal for walking and exploration.
On May 16, with Lemoni Bookstore as the meeting point, we walk together with Nikos Vatopoulos through the narrow streets of the historic district, discovering old houses and atmospheric corners, within a palimpsest of time between antiquity and contemporary life.
