As part of the third lecture in the Distinguished Lecture Series, the invited guests are Dr. Christina Founta and Despina Ploussiou

The Distinguished Lecture Series features leading thinkers, researchers, and public figures from a wide range of disciplines to share insights from their work and engage with issues of broader social significance. Its aim is to spark meaningful discussions on timely social and cultural topics.

The event, titled "Unpaused: Reclaiming Mental Health, Identity, and Relationships in Midlife,” focuses on perimenopause and menopause as a complex life stage that extends beyond biological changes, profoundly affecting mental health, identity, and interpersonal relationships. By integrating insights from medicine, psychology, and neuroscience, it highlights how hormonal changes interact with personal experiences, such as trauma and relational dynamics.
