Book Club Strikes Again!

“Habent sua fata libelli” … books have their own destiny! That’s exactly our book club’s motto! This year, a notorious Gangsta Granny (by David Walliams) met a Fish on a Tree (by Lynda Mullaly Hunt) and a Boy in a Girl’s Bathroom (by Louis Sachar) only to show that their differences notwithstanding, they all have a story to tell! Little had we imagined the mind-blowing projects that came our way! Board-games inspired by the book plots, fancy titles, alternative illustrations, and new book covers with a ‘twist’! That’s what happens when books inspire us and reading becomes the most personal(ized) experience ever! Till next year … new meeting point: page one of that book that has yet to be read…
