Team Leadership in Practice
Build Stronger Teams. Lead with Confidence. Improve Team Performance.
The Leadership in Practice seminar is a 9-hour workshop focused of day-to-day team management, including how to build trust, set professional boundaries, communicate effectively, and manage difficult situations without compromising leadership presence or professional credibility.
Unlike theory-driven leadership seminars, the program is based on real workplace scenarios and provides immediately applicable tools for team leaders and supervisors who want to grow quickly and effectively in their leadership role. The workshop focuses on helping participants to build cohesive and high-performing teams by fostering an environment of trust and collaboration, while maintaining professional boundaries and leadership authority.
Throughout the training, participants work on practical scenarios, role-playing activities, and hands-on exercises that simulate real team-management situations, gaining techniques and communication tools they can apply immediately in the workplace.
Post-Training Support - Individual Coaching Sessions
One of the program’s key differentiators is the two-month post-training support phase, delivered through structured one-on-one coaching sessions designed to ensure the effective transition from theoretical understanding to practical implementation.
During this period, participants have the opportunity to apply the tools and techniques acquired during the workshop while receiving personalized guidance on real workplace situations through targeted 1:1 coaching sessions focused on actual team-management challenges.
The coaching support focuses on workplace challenges such as managing difficult conversations, setting professional boundaries, handling conflict effectively, and strengthening team cohesion through practical guidance and constructive feedback.
Through this approach, the program evolves from a standalone training seminar into a comprehensive leadership development experience with measurable impact on team collaboration, communication, and day-to-day operational effectiveness.
The coaching sessions are delivered by experienced instructors with proven hands-on expertise in team leadership and managing demanding workplace situations.
The program is designed for professionals who currently hold or are preparing to step into team leadership and people-management roles, including team leaders, supervisors, and junior managers with up to five years of experience, as well as professionals seeking to strengthen and further develop their leadership capabilities in a modern workplace environment.
The training consists of 9 hours delivered across three 3-hour modules.
The workshop covers key pillars of effective team leadership, including balancing approachability with professionalism, strengthening team cohesion through daily communication, managing difficult conversations and feedback effectively, and delegating responsibilities without falling into micro-management practices.
Special emphasis is placed on conflict management, handling difficult behaviors professionally, and building a workplace culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and consistency within teams.
The program follows a practical and interactive learning approach, combining hands-on exercises, role-playing activities, and real-world case studies. Participants work through realistic workplace scenarios and develop practical communication techniques, leadership tools, and structured approaches they can directly apply within their professional environment.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have developed a personalized 7-day action plan to support the implementation of their newly acquired leadership techniques, along with ready-to-use communication frameworks for difficult conversations and feedback discussions.
