Promoting Innovation and Startup Entrepreneurship in Northern Greece
The Hellenic American Union proudly supports the Techstars Startup Weekend Thessaloniki, taking place on December 5, 6, and 7, 2025, at the Regional Council Hall of the Region of Central Macedonia (26 Oktovriou 64, Thessaloniki).
The Techstars Startup Weekend is a leading international entrepreneurship and innovation event that gives aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and professionals the opportunity to experience the initiation of a startup in just 54 hours—from concept and team formation to pitching their ideas before a panel of judges and investors.
Following successful events in London, Paris, and New York, the Startup Weekend now comes to Thessaloniki, bringing the energy and expertise of the global Techstars network.
Throughout the three-day event, participants will collaborate, develop innovative ideas, receive feedback from experienced mentors, and gain valuable insights into business development, product strategy, and the use of emerging technologies.
The event is organized under the initiative of the Deputy Regional Government of Digital Governance of the Region of Central Macedonia, as part of its strategic commitment to promoting innovation and fostering a dynamic startup ecosystem in Northern Greece.
