Shipping contracts are governed by English law and disputes arising therefrom are settled mostly in accordance with English law provisions.
This seminar will present the main topics of English contract law, the structure of shipping contracts, and the main principles involved in negotiating, entering into and terminating them.
The seminar is offered in Greek and all terminology, examples and exercises are in English.
