Practical Information about the MYLE, ECCE, ECPE, MET & MET Go!
Who is responsible for the administration of the MYLE, ECCE, ECPE, MET, and MET Go! in Greece?
The Hellenic American Union has exclusive responsibility for the administration of the MYLE, ECCE, ECPE, MET, and MET Go! in Greece.
When are the MYLE, ECCE, ECPE, and MET administered in Greece?
The ECCE and ECPE are administered in Greece twice a year, in May and December. The MET is administered in Greece once each month (except August) throughout the year. The MYLE are administered both regularly and upon request at designated test centers throughout Greece.
ECCE, ECPE, and MET written sections are administered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) whereas speaking sections are administered on the same or a different date, before or after the written section administrations.
Where are the MYLE, ECCE, ECPE, MET, and MET Go! held?
Test centers exist in nearly all Greek prefectures. Contact your Language School for information on the nearest test center.
When do candidates receive the scores of the MYLE, ECCE, ECPE, and MET?
Examination results are sent to the Hellenic American Union by the University of Michigan.
Candidates who take the ECCE or ECPE in May receive their scores usually by the beginning of August. Candidates who take the ECCE or ECPE in December receive their scores usually by the middle of February.
Candidates who take the MET and/or MYLE receive their scores usually within 4 weeks after taking the examination.
How are the results announced?
All Language Schools are able to access and download their students’ official University of Michigan score reports through the Hellenic American Union secure platform Orfeas. Individual candidates receive their score reports by email. Score reports are sent by post only to individual candidates who did not provide an email address when registering.
