Theodore Moulos

Thodoris Moulos has over 20 years of experience in managing successful and profitable software products. He is currently the Group CEO of two up-and-coming multinational companies with clients in 16 countries: growthRocks and Viral-Loops.

GrowthRocks is one of the first Growth Hacking agencies internationally and is ranked #1 for the term "Growth Hacking agency" worldwide. In just 3 years it has managed to establish its operations in 16 countries and with offices in many of them. It has also developed the VC-backed startup Viral Loops -a SaaS platform for Referral Marketing with 40% Growth Rate every month.

Before Thodoris dedicated himself exclusively to Growth Hacking and Viral Marketing, he held various management positions as COO, CEO, BoD in multinational companies in Greece and abroad. Some of his successful projects include the creation of i-docs, an international product related to Customer Communication Management, and segmatiX - a product for Marketing Automation, which was well received in major markets in Europe.

He is also co-founder and facilitator of Growth Hacking University, an educational initiative of a series of seminars such as Growth Hacking Academy, SEO Academy, Content Marketing, AI for Business workshops. 

Thodoris travels around the world participating in international conferences and educational initiatives because he loves to share his passion, knowledge and Growth Mindset for business and product development in the online world. He teaches in various Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing and Strategy training programs in Greece as well as in Universities abroad, such as NYU - Executive MBA, Stern School of Business, GrowthlMarketingConference.com, growthAcademy (SF). 

He has studied Accounting, Computer Science and holds an MBA.
