Online Project Management Courses
The following project management courses are offered throughout the year:
- PMP Preparation Course: A 35-hour course preparing participants for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), delivered in collaboration with PMI-accredited trainers.
- PM² Certification Prep Course: A 16-hour project management course designed for new project managers, providing an introduction to the PM² methodology and preparation for PM² certification exams.
- The Art of Project Management: A 24-hour course covering practical project management techniques and tools, alongside the principles of project team management and communication.
- Portfolio Management Masterclass: A 9-hour course on managing project and organisational portfolios using the PM² model.

How are these Project Management Courses delivered?
Our courses are delivered online with live sessions and in-class at specific dates and hours. Our project management courses are delivered in English and in Greek, with the exception of the PMP Prep course which is delivered only in English.
Do you offer PDUs for maintaining professional certifications?
Yes, all our courses offer PDUs. PDUs are Professional Development Units for maintaining PMI’s professional certifications.
Can your programs be customized to meet my company’s specific training needs?
