The Instituto Cervantes de Atenas and the Embassy of Spain in co-operation with the Hellenic American Union and the Hellenic American College (HAEC) present a screening of the documentary “Greece suspended” by Pedro Olalla.
A discussion with the director and author of the book of the same name, will follow. Nikos Moschonas, Historian and Research Director, National Hellenic Research Foundation coordinates the discussion.
The book “Greece suspended” showcases the legacies and challenges that the ancient Athenian democracy faces today. Pedro Olalla presents for the first time in Greece the recent audiovisual adaptation of his work, also filmed by him.
