Grading Writing Accurately at C2 Level

Following a recent Cambridge Assessment English analysis of C2 Proficiency scripts, this seminar aims to empower participants to confidently grade their students’ scripts according to the appropriate criteria. Essential for anyone preparing students for C2 Writing.

Developing vocabulary strategies for B2 and beyond

This session will look at ways to encourage your students to develop and consolidate their vocabulary at B2 level and beyond. We will look at ideas and activities for the classroom as well as some useful digital tools and resources to enrich students’ vocabulary. We will consider how this can also support exam preparation for Cambridge English B2 First for Schools exam. All participants will be given access to teaching material free of charge.

Motivating Young Learners in the classroom

Keeping younger learners motivated in the classroom is not always easy. This session will look at finding ways to make the process of learning English more meaningful and memorable, as well as fun. We will also briefly explore how the Cambridge English Young Learner tests can help engage learners in the learning process.
